I am a postdoc working at Helmholtz Institute in Munich supervised by Vincent Fortuin. I am generally interested in probabilistic approaches to Machine Learning and am currently especially interested in how to improve approximate Bayesian inference and how to learn priors for complex models.
Prior to joining I completed my PhD at Imperial College London, supervised by Dr. Sarah Filippi and Prof. Ruth Misener. I worked on how to combine physics informed models with approximate Bayesian inference for use in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
